WARNING ABOUT THE SILVER AND GOLD PRODUCTION COMPANY "IRIS JEWELS" IN JAIPUR, INDIA!!

To everybody who comes to Jaipur, India in order to find a production place for silver and gold jewellery:

We wish to WARN you about the company "Iris Jewels", owner Manoj Bhargava, worker who does all the work with the foreigners is Kapil Patni.

When we were in Jaipur this company made lots of efforts to establish business relations and delivered good quality. But once you are back in your country and have sent the rest of your order, your experience might be as ours...

* About 70% of the order was with broken stones  (you can see from the photos below it happened during setting the stones) or badly worked silver work.

* They have never returned us the advance payment of 500,- € that we had to make in Jaipur.

* When we returned the broken jewellery on our next trip to Jaipur, after discussing a long time and making phone calls every day, in the end they returned us some of the broken stones plus silver, but not for all jewellery! We are still waiting for more than 1,500,- € to be returned to us.

Just a very few examples:

Photo 1 & 2: Stone set in perfectly tight, but completely crooked, who can sell this?

Photo 3 & 4 & 5: Broken aquamarine during setting, don't they have any experience how to set stones?
